Q: Can you cut One Channel Linear Drain?
A: All One Channel Drain profiles and grates can be cut to length and joined using joiners or terminated using end caps.

Q: Is One Channel Tile Insert Drain Heel Guard?
A: Heel Guard compliance: All 'One Channel' Grates conform to the ASME A112.6.3 section 7.12 where the standard states "A grate designed to resist entry of high-heeled shoes, in which the maximum grate hole size in least dimension shall be 5/16” or 8mm.

Q: Why is One Channel Tile Insert supplied as a 1210mm Kit?
A: The 1210mm long tile tray is designed to allow easy installation of 3 x 400mm Pavers + grout or 2 x 600mm Pavers + grout. At 1210mm long it also allows for safe and easy removal of the tray to facilitate cleaning of the channel drain. If you need to fit pavers of a different configuration, you can easily cut the channel or tray at any point.

Q: What size stormwater or outlet pipe size does One Channel work with?
A: All available outlets including the Spigot, Bottom Outlet and End Outlet will fit nicely into 90mm PVC stormwater pipe. In the case you use a larger diameter, you can use silicone or similar to seal it off on the flat surface of the drain channel or accessory.

How to Specify your Tile Insert Drain

Step 1. Select the required drain channel profile

	One Channel 45 (OC45) - 45mm Deep x 110mm Wide  - Made from UV resistant and strengthened UPVC  - Ideal for shallow screeds - Perfect for around pools, patio areas, path ways or similar - Can suit up 13mm or 22mm Tile Insert Tray
	One Channel 100 (OC100) - 100mm Deep x 110mm Wide - Made from UV resistant and strengthened UPVC  - Ideal for where a larger water flow is needed - Perfect for Driveways or large outdoor areas that need a higher water flow - Can suit up 13mm, 22mm, 32mm Tile Insert Tray

Step 2. Choose the required tile depth to suit your area

	13mm deep inlay tray - Suits 12mm Tile + adhesive - Available to suit OC45 and OC100 Channel
	22mm deep inlay tray - Suits 20mm Tile + adhesive - Available to suit OC45 and OC100 Channel
	32mm deep inlay tray - Suits 30mm Tile + adhesive - Available to suit only OC100 Channel

Step 3. Cut to length, Join or accessorise to complete your solution

	One Channel Grates and Channels can be cut to length and joined at any point.
	90 Degree corners are also available (Sold Separately) to ensure a simple and clean installation
