Refund policy

What Can be Returned?

- The Landscape Store accepts returns and refunds for damaged or defective goods.

- We have a 30 day change of mind refund policy, all change of mind returns must be approved in writing before return, the goods must be in a new, unused and resalable condition (showroom condition). 

- All returns must be arranged prior to us receiving the return, please contact us via email at sales@thelandscapestore.com.au or via the 'contact us' page to arrange your return. Please include as much information as possible to help us process your refund.

What items can not be Returned?

Please ensure you read the product descriptions and understand what you are purchasing. Ensure you measure where appropriate to check a product might fit. We do not accept change of mind returns for

  • Any item which has been fitted, used, marked, damaged or installed in any way.
  • Any item which has been cut to length for example but not limited to irrigation cable, piping.
  • Any item which has been modified by the team at your request.
  • Perishables cannot be returned, perishables include but are not limited to: fish food, Paving sealers and cleaners from brands such as Stain Proof and Chemforce.
  • Weathered items for example rust style edging that has already developed the intended rust finish. These items are considered not as new given they are significantly visually different to as new stock.
  • Special order items, items that we do not hold stock of and have been ordered in for a specific customer.
  • Any product labelled on the product page as Exdemo or Clearance can not be returned and is sold as is. If purchasing a product which is labelled as exdemo or clearance, please call and ask any questions or request more information if you believe it is needed.

Goods damaged on arrival

If on arrival your item is damaged or defective, please contact us via email (sales@thelandscapestore.com.au) or the 'contact us' page within 48 hours of receiving the item. You must include a description and photographs of the damage or problem.

Change of mind returns:

Change of mind returns will only be accepted within 30 days of the invoice date.

All change of mind returns must be made by prior arrangement. Only the original purchaser is entitled to the return.

The buyer is required to pay the return postage, this cost will not be refunded.

We can not refund on items we don't receive, it is encouraged that buyers use a tracked postage service.

We exercise the right to charge a 20% restocking fee for change of mind returns.

Change of mind returns are at the sole discretion of The Landscape Store and include orders cancelled before shipment
