Before ordering ensure you measure the area that needs laying and that your topsoil is of good quality. It's a good idea to apply weed killer to stop any weeds from getting into your newly laid turf, and apply fertiliser to the top soil to jump-start root growth. When installing ensure you give your lawn at least 25mm of water within 30 minutes of laying and try to avoid traffic on your lawn until the roots have fully taken hold!
